  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
  
  One of the fridge mechanics attended my address to diagnosis problems with my fridge.
  I was told that he didn't know what was wrong and that he need to take my FRIDGE FAN back to his shop to test it. I was then advised that afternoon that the fridge fan was operating fine and that he assumed that the wiring in the fridge was the problem and therefore the fridge was stuffed.
  
  I then paid my call out fee of $75 and requested that the fan be returned to me as it was in good working order and I would be getting rid of the fridge for parts.
  
  It has been over two months and several phone calls later requesting the part be returned to me and still I have not received a response. I have been told they don't know where it is.
  
  I can only assume that they have used my fan as a replacement in a reconditioned fridge or on another persons fridge repair!!!
  
  Very dodgy business, would never use again and won't be recommending to anyone.
  
  BE WARNED, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
