  Absolutely disgusted with the service I received over the phone from a lady who works here, I was hung up on and I still can believe it. I had an enquiry, this enquiry was dealt with so poorly, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and she made it clear through her words and tone of voice she couldn’t care less about helping me. She angrily answered my question and then abruptly finished her sentence and slammed the phone without letting me speak, she had no interest in helping me at all, her attitude was appalling. I work in retail and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I would be sacked.
  I’m disappointed to say Pauls warehouse is not worth the energy, the place is a mess and the times I’ve shopped there the staff have been unhelpful and have no repect for customers. Staff definately deserve to be respected by customers - but customers also deserve the respect of staff. The service here is the worst I’ve EVER received.
  If you want a real bargain go to DFO or a charity store instead. Somewhere like lifeline or the asthma foundation deserves your money more than these ungreatful people. And the quality will be just as good, if not better!
  I will never shop here again - judging by some of the other reviews this is not an isolated opinion.
  Its about time they teach the staff how to appropriately deal with customers - customers are the ones that keep the place open.

  Fantastic for sports shoes and even weird and wonderful street shoes. Good for clothes, but give yourself plenty of time to browse because its racks and racks of one offs / end of lines. Biggest criticism would be only two dressing rooms and only three garments allowed - damn, that's harsh given the volume of clothes available.
